who is referred to as the man of sin.

Across the pages of scriptures, we are introduced to the man who is referred to as the man of sin. The man of lawlessness. The first beast, the little horn. This man is none other than the Antichrist. Allow me to read an excerpt from Dr. J. Vernon McGee concerning the Antichrist. Across the pages of Scripture passes a character who is awesome and appalling. This menacing figure is mysterious. He is hazy and enigmatic. Sometimes he's a shady character. Again, he is an evil influence. Then again, he is an angel of light. There is actually no crystal clear cameo cut presentation of him. He moves on the borderline of the natural and the supernatural. Who is this man who is called that man of sin in two Thessalonians Chapter two, verse three. Some Expositors from the very beginning have seen him as only an evil influence in the world. The Apostle John speaks of him as that spirit of Antichrist. Of course, this does not preclude him from being a person, which I believe he is, and I think most accept that today. John does identify him as a person, and John alone calls him by the name Antichrist. This does not mean, of course, that only John refers to him. Antichrist has many names in Scripture, just as most crooks have aliases. Antichrist has more aliases than any person I know of. He has 30 names which are given on the pages of Scripture. Also, many figures of speech are used in God's words, to speak of Him, to set him before us, and they occur again and again.

Also, there are many types of him in Scripture. The Bible reveals to us clearly that there will be a man who will take center stage. He will be a man like no other, the Antichrist. He will be enchanting in his very nature. He will draw people unto him by coercion and by benevolence. The Antichrist. He will be magnetic and fascinating, the Antichrist. He will be worshipped and adored by this world, the Antichrist. He will be the solution that the world has been seeking. For He will solve issues that the world's politicians are struggling with. When this man comes, the world would have never seen a man like him because this man will be energized by the very power of hell. Some Christian circles believe that this man has already been born, and now it is just a matter of time before he is revealed on the stage of mankind. We don't know for sure if this is true or not. There is a lot of speculation surrounding his identity. Some people speculate that he's a former US president. Others speculate that he's $1 billion tech entrepreneur. There are a lot of different individuals who are suspected to be the Antichrist. Personally, I don't think any of these individuals are him. The reason I don't believe any of these former presidents or tech entrepreneurs are him is because when the real Antichrist comes, there will be no need for speculation. It will be evident. He will command and demand worship. The question is, could the Antichrist be part of an alien deception? The answer is that it is extremely plausible.

Allow me to discuss a theory which some Bible scholars believe could be a possible avenue for the Antichrist taking over the world. Please remember, this is just a theory. I am in no way saying that this is what will happen. Because the truth is, no one knows exactly how the Antichrist will ascend into power. This is just one theory of many I have seen. So let's explore this theory. The Bible itself reveals to us multiple accounts of visitors from other worlds, i.e. the spirit world coming into this world. Since the inception of the world, there is record of the devil and his fallen angels walking and interacting physically with this world. First, the devil was seen in the Garden of Eden, where he deceived Adam and Eve and caused the fall of the entire human race. Second, there is the account of fallen angels having sexual interactions with the daughters of men, thereby giving rise to the hybrids of humans and angels known as the Nephilim. Genesis, Chapter six, verse four, says, There were giants in the earth in those days. And also after that, when the Sons of God came in unto the daughters of men and they bear children to them, the same became mighty men, which were of old men of renown. Accounts of beings coming from another world and dwelling with mankind is supported by ancient cultures such as Sumerian. Who worship gods called Annunaki. Now, could aliens be part of the end time deception? Although we cannot find any scriptural support for the existence of aliens, there is a great possibility that aliens will be part of the end time deception.

This is not in any way agreeing with the existence of these aliens. We are not told anywhere in Scripture that God created aliens on other planets or that there is life anywhere else than on Earth in this realm. I think if aliens exist, the Bible wouldn't have been silent regarding such an important part of creation. However, an alien deception regarding the Antichrist is plausible. The first reason we can believe that aliens would be part of End-time deception is that the Bible tells us that Antichrist would come in the last days and that he will enforce a unified worship of the beast spoken of in the Book of Revelation. Revelation Chapter 13, verse 15, says as. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. It is glaring that the Antichrist will introduce a new form of worship that will be universally enforced and practically universally accepted. Now think how difficult it will be for people to abandon their religions to accept this new religion of the Antichrist. That is no small feat. Considering this, we know that it is a very difficult thing for any political leader to unite world religions. More so, it is impossible to make a religion the head of other religions in the world.

We can possibly think of an alien being the fuse, the connector of all world religions, or at least the source of the new religion, will be an unearthly knowledge that will be convincing enough to pull people together. Just examine history. Wars have been fought over religions. People have died for their religious beliefs. Now for the Antichrist to get the whole world to let go of their religions that date back thousands of years, he will have to present himself as something that is quite literally supernatural. This is why some people prescribe to this belief that the Antichrist will be a being from another world that will join all of mankind together. For a moment, just think the shock and amazement of the world. If a being from another world came to this earth. The world would undoubtedly worship this being. Let's be honest. This world already worships people. This world already worships normal human beings. Look at celebrities. They're practically worshipped already. They are pretty much idols in people's lives. Now, think of an alien. Deception was to take place. A being coming from another planet, coming with the answers to the world's problems. Having the answers to the world's economic state, having the answers to natural disasters, and even coming to Earth claiming to know the origin of the earth or claiming to be the engineer or architect of the earth. People will undoubtedly worship this being even people who go to church would be attracted to worshipping this being. The question of what brought about the Earth's origins remains unanswered according to the world.

Although there is the claim that the Earth resulted from a big bang. However, the source of the Big Bang itself remains unknown. So there is a high probability that if alien beings arrive and give us an extraterrestrial explanation of life on Earth, the origins of the world religions and even the origins of our planet, it would be very persuasive to get billions of people to leave their religions and all ascribe to worship. The same one will require something supernatural, and that's the truth. And I believe the devil will stop at nothing to gain the worship of the world he's always craved for. The Bible shows us instances where beings not of this world have come to this world and interacted with this world and the people of this world. So it is not far fetched that it could happen again. This is one of the many theories surrounding the identity of the Antichrist and how we will obtain power and enforce his religion. Whichever the case, believers are not to be scared or afraid of the deceptions that are ongoing in the world and the ones that may surface later. Once your faith and hope is built on the finished works of Christ and you are in a close relationship with the Holy Spirit, you cannot be victim to deception. All we need to do is live our lives in a way that is pleasing to God. Do you think that this theory of who the Antichrist is is plausible?
